So, what’s my story, you ask? Well, it all started back in 2015 in sunny Barbados, where my locs journey began. Fast forward to today, living in Canada, my locs have seen it all – from tropical breezes to snowy winters!

Creating My Locks Journey was kind of a lightbulb moment for me. In the beginning, I was just another curious soul searching for loc wisdom online, but all I found were bits and pieces of info that didn’t quite fit together. After a lot of experimenting and a few ‘oops’ moments (we’ve all been there, right?), I figured things out – the hard way. And that’s when it hit me – why not share all this hard-earned knowledge and make someone else’s journey a bit smoother?

My sisterlocks aren’t just a style, they’re my personal stamp. They were born in Barbados and have blossomed through my life’s journey. Through all my hair adventures, nothing felt more ‘me’ than these beautiful locs.
